Covenant
Doors offers truly custom built solid core 1 ¾” thick interior and (up to) 2 ¼" thick
exterior doors, handcrafted to exacting standards with stile and rail
construction. Standard features of our doors include panels and jambs that are
solid hardwood (not veneered), solid hardwood edges that are over 1” thick, and
hardwood skins on our engineered stiles that are a minimum of 1⁄8″ thick. On
pre-hung doors, we use only heavy duty commercial grade hinges (4″ x 4″ for
interior doors, 4 ½″ x 4 ½″ for exterior doors).
These features are optional, or simply not available, from many of our
competitors. Hundreds of standard door styles are available to choose from, in a
wide variety of wood species. For mouldings and trim, we offer a catalog of over
70 profiles, or we can design custom tooling at an additional cost. This enables
you to choose the style and wood species that fits your taste and design theme.
For arch top windows and doors, we can fabricate custom radius casing and jambs,
usually in one piece so there are no seams.
All of our products start from rough stock
lumber and are built to order here in our factory. Our skilled and experienced
craftsmen take pride in their work, and their meticulous attention to detail
comes through in everything we produce.
